You don’t wait for opportunities to come to you. You create them. This the one important lesson most of us tend to miss when we focus on the blueprint of promotions and raises. Manny Lopez went from orphan to CEO because his mentor taught him that he was too blessed to be stressed. This wasn’t just a saying. It was a reminder that no matter what he was going through in life, there are blessings all around him. He just needed to stop and focus on them instead. Now he wakes up every morning driven to help people understand that they can take control of their lives, enjoy, and help bring joy to others.
